BOOKING   CONDITIONS 

 

Arrivals and Departures

Check in time is from 4pm. on day of arrival. Check out times are NOT LATER THAT 10A.M.  on day of departure. Late departures will be charged an extra day and this will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

(This is to give the Cleaners adequate time to prepare the property for the next guests).

 

Initial Payment

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt by the Owner of the required 20% deposit payment & signed booking form. However, if booking is made within 10 weeks of holiday commencement date, the full amount of rental and security deposit will be required on booking.

 

Security Deposit

A refundable deposit of £200/$350 is required to be paid with the balance of the rental. This is to be held, in a separate account, by the owners, as a security against inventory damage, etc. This will be returned to the client, subject to a satisfactory inspection by the Management Company. Any defects found on arrival MUST BE NOTIFIED TO THE MANAGEMENT WITHIN 24HRS or you may be held liable.

 

Balance of Payment

The balance will be due 10 weeks before the holiday commencement date. The Owner reserves the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received by that date, with no refund of the deposit being due.

 

Confirmation of Booking

Once a confirmation has been issued, the hirer is responsible for the total monies due as shown on the confirmation. It is recommended that the hirer take out insurance to cover this.

 

Cancellations

Provided the Owner receives written notice of cancellation not less than 12 weeks before the holiday commencement date, the hirers will not be required to pay the full balance, the deposit will, however, be forfeit. If cancellation is within 12 weeks of the commencement date of the holiday, the hirer will be liable to pay the full balance of hire unless the Owner is successful in re-letting. All cancellations must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity. The deposit will in all cases be forfeit.

 

Amenities

The use of accommodation and amenities, i.e. Swimming Pools etc., are entirely at the users risk, and no responsibility is accepted for injury loss or damage to the user or visitors belongings. No diving is allowed in the pool and we require that an adult supervise children in the pool at all times.  

 

Motor Car and Personal Belongings

Baggage and personal belongings are the Clients risk at all times and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or its contents or any personal belongings.

 

Party Size- Maximum allowed is eight persons plus an infant under 2yrs who will sleep in a cot

Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons agreed on the booking form occupy the property.  THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE IF THIS CONDITION IS NOT OBSERVED AND THE MANAGEMENT WILL BE EMPOWERED TO EVICT ALL PARTIES UPON ANY BREACH OF THIS CONDITION WITH NO REFUND BEING PAYABLE TO THE CLIENT.

 

 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

 The owners shall not be held responsible for any loss of enjoyment or extra expense incurred due to any delays or changes to any flights, travel arrangements, or any other service that is beyond their control. The owners are not responsible for any claims that may be brought against them by any person(s) booking the villa or any damage to such person(s) or their property as a result of circumstances beyond the owners’ control. The owners shall not be responsible for the failure of any services in the villa due to circumstances beyond their control. The owners agree to do everything within their power to assist clients in the event of a problem, but cannot be held liable for the actions or omissions of other persons or parties outside their control. We cannot accept liability for acts of omissions, or changes to third parties such as airlines, car hire companies etc.  We do not accept any responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, closure of airports, war or threat of war, weather conditions, terrorist activity, fires, and floods or any other event beyond or control)

 

Clients Responsibilities 

The Client is responsible for the property, and is expected to take all-responsible care of it. All equipment, utensils etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

 

Damage

All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the Client, and their costs shall be refundable on demand. Where the amount concerned is less than £200/$350 it will be deducted by the Owner from the Security Deposit. It is in your interests to report any damage found immediately on arrival or you will be held liable. CALL THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IMMEDIATELY.

     

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE PLEASE
This is a no smoking home.  We therefore politely request that you smoke outside only.  Ashtrays are supplied for use on patio.

 

Please note


Our management company has asked all guests to put out their trash on specified days for collection. Failure to do this will carry a collection fee of £20.  
 

INSURANCE. Guests are strongly advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance on confirmation of their booking.
